Welcome to the Information Technology Think Tank (ITTT)! The ITTT is a Special Interest Group dedicated to the pursuit of creative answers to critical issues in IT.

Vision
By 2010, ITTT will become a recognized and respected source of IT mindshare in the technical community.

To become a global leader in developing innovative IT solutions while serving as a voice for our community.

Goals for 2007-2009:

1- Recruitment and assessment of talented IT professionals (both seasoned and new)
2- Development of Consulting Arm
3- Develop strategic alliances with corporations and other IT specific groups/organizations.
4- ITTT participation in NSBE Conference training efforts
5- Submitting technical content (papers, abstracts, etc.) to NSBE, BDPA, and other relateD nizations.
6- Delivering workshop content for presentation at NSBE and other external organization conferences (regional and national).
7- Identification of and research on IT related issues within the black community (definition of ITTT impact to our community).

Membership Requirements

If you are a professional (alumni member) or graduate student with employment or interest in Information Technology, then join this SIG today!
If you are an undergraduate member or a pre-college member, you are invited to be an associate and honorary member (respectively). While not sharing in full membership privileges, we are working to implement internship and participation programs designed to provide you with real work experience and the ability to network with current IT professionals.

There is no cost to join the Information Technology Think Tank.
