The College of Information Technology at Georgia Southern University will be recognized both nationally and internationally for excellence in Information Technology education and research. This reputation will be earned through:
1- outstanding curricula and instruction in undergraduate, graduate, and professional development programs;
2- exceptional research focused primarily on the creation, application and management of information technology;
3- dedicated service to the profession, the region and society;
4- creative and entrepreneurial relationships with external partners; and
5-emphasis on interdisciplinary areas of study within the university and beyond its borders.
